Johns Manville is hiring a Machine Operator/Attendant at our Penbryn location in Berlin, NJ. The role will operate packaging equipment, perform quality checks, and help ensure safe, efficient production of fiberglass insulation for residential and commercial markets.

You will work a 28-day rotating schedule (days and nights) with weekends, holidays and overtime. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and flexibility, accuracy, and safety mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions.
• Ability to work flexible rotating shifts (Dupont Schedule).

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment and monitor quality.
• Perform quality control inspections and troubleshoot issues.
• Work rotating shifts including weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Follow safety rules and wear PPE as required.
