You will support multiple production areas, read weight charts, and ensure product quality and packaging standards are met. The position emphasizes adherence to safety regulations and company policies, with opportunities to learn across the Ovens and Finishing departments under supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; one-year related experience.

Responsibilities

• Read weight chart and record weight of product.
• Off-load product from all cars.
• Rotate between multiple areas in the Finishing Department while shadowing a higher-level Operator.
• Starts and stops machines and observes operation and reports malfunctions.
• Inspects products for squareness and web thickness.
