Job Description
Assist in the production process by operating the LD Clamshell Packaging Machine in the PA3 Value Stream. Be familiar with all parts of the machine, including Algus Clamshell sealing. Complete required training measures (PQ&T's). Maintain a positive work environment by following safety procedures. Ability to stand for at least 8 hours and excellent hand dexterity are required. Meet production standards.
Set up and operate all machine components, load materials such as LD saw blades, clamshells, cards, etc., into the machine. Replenish materials as needed (tape, labels, clams, cards). Place sealed clamshells into cartons and load cartons onto pallets. Operate pin lift, pallet lift, and hoist. Make adjustments for efficient operation. Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols, including safety guards, emergency stops, and lockout/tagout procedures. Be willing to operate various machines as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and machines.

Basic math skills.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Preferred experience in machine operation.
