Job summary

3D Systems Corporation in Littleton, CO seeks a Manufacturing Machine Operator for onsite night shifts to operate advanced 3D printing machines using titanium, stainless steel, aluminum, copper alloys, and cobalt chrome materials. You will ensure quality and perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

Training on the 1st shift will be provided for up to 4 weeks. This role requires HS Diploma or GED and mechanical aptitude, with strong teamwork and safety awareness.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and interest in advanced manufacturing technologies.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills with the ability to follow precise instructions in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and precision.
• Ability to safely lift, move, and carry materials up to 50 pounds as part of routine manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain various 3D printing machines for titanium, stainless steel, aluminum, copper alloys, and cobalt chrome materials.
• Maintain adherence to strict quality control procedures to deliver flawless end products consistently.
• Execute routine maintenance tasks to keep machines running smoothly and minimize downtime.
• Identify and resolve potential issues with builds to maintain production efficiency.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Work effectively with team members to achieve production goals and targets.
• Night shift operations: Monday–Friday overnight (10:00 pm - 6:30 am).
• Participate in daytime training on 1st shift (6am-2:30pm) for up to 4 weeks during initial training period.

We're seeking a full-time employee who can ensure our advanced products are prepared for each subsequent stage in the manufacturing process. Onsite

This role has an onsite work schedule requiring the person to be in the onsite location 5 days a week, Monday–Friday overnight operations (10:00 pm - 6:30 am).

What You Will Bring

Education
