Job summary

Randstad USA in Cranston, RI is seeking a machine operator / quality and process adherence specialist to ensure every product meets high standards and all steps are properly documented.

You will follow SOPs, perform in-process quality checks, log results, and manage production paperwork. The role requires lifting up to 20 lbs and steel-toe shoes; shift is 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Mon–Fri, with equal opportunity employment.

If you prioritize precision, quality, and strict process adherence, join us as a machine operator / quality and process adherence specialist! This critical role focuses on ensuring every product meets high standards and that all operational steps are documented correctly.

Your responsibilities:

• Process control: strictly adhere to all established standard operating procedures (sops) and manufacturing work instructions for the assigned machine.
• Quality assurance: perform systematic and documented in-process quality checks at required intervals, logging results accurately on control sheets or digital systems.
• Documentation: accurately complete all production paperwork, downtime logs, and quality documentation to ensure traceability and audit compliance.
• Material management: stage raw materials and components needed for the machine and manage the flow of finished goods efficiently.
• Machine maintenance: assist in scheduled basic cleaning and maintenance activities, ensuring the equipment and work cell are organized and audit-ready.
