Job summary

ALPLA Lima Plant in Lima, OH is seeking a dedicated production team member for on-site, full-time roles in manufacturing. You will contribute to line efficiency from production to packaging, ensure accurate records, and verify that products meet quality standards while supporting maintenance and color/mold changes.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement, with opportunities for growth and comprehensive benefits in a global packaging leader.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Technical background in plastics industry preferred.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Demonstrated mechanical ability is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall line responsibility from production to packaging and ensure output matches specs.
• Record goods produced and issues encountered during shift.
• Ensure products meet quality specifications and perform line clearance as needed.
• Support mold/color changes and autonomous maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with team to maintain efficient operations and good housekeeping.
• Assist Operators and Supervisors as needed to keep line running smoothly.
