Job summary

Naturally Network seeks a reliable packaging technician to operate automated packaging machines and a robotic palletizer in its Boulder, CO facility. You will ensure safety, quality, and productivity while supporting shift changeovers and line setup.

Minimum two years in manufacturing or related environments is required. Starting wage is $21.00 per hour, with benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, and other coverages.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in manufacturing, warehousing or industrial environment.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Follows GMPs, PPE, and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated packaging machines and robotic palletizer.
• Maintain highest safety, quality and GMP standards in a high-speed environment.
• Respond to production issues and perform minor adjustments to keep lines running.
• Complete required paperwork and quality checks on time.
• Set up and perform package and tea change-overs for productivity.

• Complete required paperwork and quality checks on time and accurately.
• Be flexible and able to work in area(s) assigned in order to meet production demands.
• Maintain clean and organized work area and equipment to support safe environment.
• Continually strive for safety, quality, and productivity by reporting any concerns and following rules/guidelines.
• Maintain supplies in work area for current shift as well as helping set-up for next shift.
• Sufficiently perform package and tea change-overs for maximum productivity.
• Additional duties as needed.
• Follow all Food Safety guidelines, but not limited to:
• GMP's / PPE / Allergen Program / Quality / Sanitation / Safety / SQF

SHIFT SCHEDULE:

Sunday through Thursday, 11:00pm to 7:15 am

SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL:

$1.00 / HR

OVERVIEW:

Safely and efficiently operate all automated packaging machines, including robotic palletizer. Tasks are to be completed while maintaining the highest safety, quality, cost and GMP standards in high- speed manufacturing environment.
