The Hain Celestial Group is hiring for a manufacturing associate in a high-speed packaging setting. You will operate automated centers and respond to production issues while maintaining top quality and safety standards.

Role requires at least two years in manufacturing or similar environments and a high school diploma or equivalent. Expect flexible area assignments, paperwork accuracy, and proactive setup for upcoming shifts. Competitive starting wage and benefits provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate machine centers efficiently while maintaining highest quality standards.
• Support and respond to production problems and take corrective action.
• Complete required paperwork and quality checks on time and accurately.
• Be flexible and able to work in assigned areas to meet production demands.
• Maintain clean and organized work area and equipment for a safe environment.
• Follow all Food Safety guidelines including GMP, PPE, Allergen Program, Quality, Sanitation, Safety, SQF.
• Sufficiently perform package and tea change-overs for maximum productivity.
• Maintain supplies in work area for current shift and help set up for next shift.

Job Description

• Operate machine centers (DPM, C50/C51, straight line closer, glue station, checkweigher, Schneider case-packers and robotic palletizer, C24, C45, V5) efficiently while maintaining highest quality standards.
• Support and respond to production problems and take appropriate corrective action. Make any minor and necessary mechanical adjustments to keep production flow moving.
• Complete required paperwork and quality checks on time and accurately.
• Be flexible and able to work in area(s) assigned in order to meet production demands.
• Maintain clean and organized work area and equipment to support safe environment.
• Continually strive for safety, quality, and productivity by reporting any concerns and following rules/guidelines.
• Maintain supplies in work area for current shift as well as helping set-up for next shift.
• Sufficiently perform package and tea change-overs for maximum productivity.
• Additional duties as needed.
• Follow all Food Safety guidelines, but not limited to:
• GMP’s / PPE / Allergen Program / Quality / Sanitation / Safety / SQF

Overview

Safely and efficiently operate all automated packaging machines, including robotic palletizer. Tasks are to be completed while maintaining the highest safety, quality, cost and GMP standards in high- speed manufacturing environment.
