This role focuses on setting up and operating thread rolling and heading machines, selecting dies, and ensuring parts meet blueprint requirements. You will read blueprints, use micrometers and calipers for precise measurements, perform die changes and tooling adjustments, and troubleshoot setup issues with maintenance.

Qualifications

• Blueprint reading experience required.
• Experience using micrometers and calipers.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures.
• Ability to stand and bend throughout a 12 hour shift.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

This position is ideal for dependable individuals who take pride in producing quality parts and can work independently in a manufacturing environment.
