Charter Manufacturing is seeking a Machine Operator to perform welding, packaging, line setup, and material movement using forklifts and overhead cranes. Prior operator experience is a plus. The role includes quality inspection to ensure product standards are met.

Starting pay is $21.00+ per hour, with potential raises within the first two years. The schedule is 3-2-2-3 on Day Shift from 6 PM to 6 AM, in Milwaukee, WI.

ABOUT OUR POSITION MACHINE OPERATOR:

This role includes welding, packaging, line setup, quality inspection and material movement with forklifts and overhead cranes. Previous experience as a machine operator is a plus.

STARTING PAY:

$21.00+ depending on experience (with the opportunity to earn several increases within your first two years)

SHIFT:

Day Shift (6PM - 6AM)

SCHEDULE:

3-2-2-3 (3 days working - 2 days off - 2 days working - 3 days off, giving you a 3-day weekend off every other weekend, built-in overtime pay)
