Job summary

Norfolk Iron & Metal is seeking a hands-on operator for our Processing Division in Norfolk, NE. You will work Monday–Thursday, 5:45 PM – 3:45 AM, enjoying 3-day weekends and a shift differential.

No prior experience is required; we offer training, safety-first guidelines, and opportunities for growth within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of drug test and background check.
• Willing to Learn: No experience required – we will train you.
• Safety: Must be able to follow all safety guidelines.
• Physical Demand: Able to meet the requirements necessary to perform the job.

• Monitor production to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
