You will be responsible for performing all jobs in the Production Business Unit (filling and packaging), rotating among tasks, and managing designated lines. Responsibilities include minor repairs and adjustments, assisting in training operators, consulting on SOPs and training manuals, working with maintenance on preventive maintenance, establishing equipment set points, and performing bargaining unit duties as assigned.

About You

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Manufacturing experience
• Experience with CIP (Clean in Place) process
• Ability to change over processes for flavors, formats, and sizes
• Ability to load boxes into feed and materials for production
• Operate Pallet Jack and powered industrial vehicles
• Data entry skills
• Experience in a food/beverage environment is preferred
