Job description

At Danone, manufacturing the best products and supplying them to meet demand is a key driver for our plant teams. We are currently looking to hire a Machine Operator based in Fort Worth, TX!

1. You will perform all jobs in the Production Business Unit (filling and packaging).
2. You will rotate among team members and be responsible for the designated line.
3. You will handle minor repairs and adjustments.
4. You will assist in training operators.
5. You will consult with management to develop, improve, and modify standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training manuals.
6. You will collaborate with maintenance on maintenance and preventive maintenance functions within business units.
7. You will assist in establishing equipment set points.
8. You will perform appropriate bargaining unit duties as assigned.

About you

1. You have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
2. You have manufacturing experience.
3. You have experience with the CIP (Clean in Place) process.
4. You are able to change over processes to accommodate flavors, formats, and sizes.
5. You can load boxes into feed.
6. You can load materials and supplies for the production line.
7. You can operate a Pallet Jack.
8. You are able to operate powered industrial vehicles.
9. Experience within a food/beverage environment is preferred.
