Copperweld is hiring multiple Machine Operators across different operational levels. Some training may be required on 1st shift before transitioning to off-shift roles.
Machine Operators are responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery used in the manufacturing of bimetallic wire products. This position requires working in a safety-critical, heavy industrial environment, following all protocols to ensure the wellbeing of employees and equipment. Operators must meet quality and productivity standards through the efficient, precise, and safe use of equipment in settings that may involve noise, vibration, and extreme temperatures.
