Job summary

Cascades in Pryor, OK is hiring a Machine Operator- Mill to drive production on the factory floor. You will participate in safety and housekeeping, operate forklifts, set up winders and slitters, and manage cranes and wrap stations on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule with 7-7 shifts.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and prior production experience; strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous production experience with rotating shifts is preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Active participation in safety and housekeeping improvements in all work areas.

• Working in a team environment with the other third hand member.

What you’ll do
