Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a manufacturing associate to operate machinery that produces metal roofing components in a fast-paced shop environment.

You will follow safety and quality standards, work as part of a team, and cross-train on all machines. Responsibilities include basic measurement reading, setup, and forklifts to move heavy coils. Physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds and prolonged standing.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or General Education Degree.
• 3+ years of experience in fabrication/manufacturing is preferred.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery that produces metal roofing components in a fast-paced shop.
• Maintain safety and quality as essential to success.
• Be a team player and assist as needed to meet customer deadlines.
• Cross-train on all machines and follow directions to produce orders correctly.
• Prepare setups with minimal assistance and handle coils with forklift training.
