Job summary

Vision Staffing Solutions LLC is seeking a Machine Operator in Santa Fe Springs, CA, to join a busy precision grinding operation. The role involves manual machine setups, loading materials, and operating production equipment with a focus on sheet metal and precision components.

The candidate will read blueprints, interpret drawings and specifications, and use calipers and precision tools to verify part accuracy. Shifts include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd with potential overtime based on production needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years industrial warehouse or manufacturing experience.
• 2+ years machine operator experience.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Aerospace industry experience is a plus.

Shifts Available

• 1st Shift - Monday to Friday; 6am - 2:30pm
• 2nd Shift - Monday to Friday, 2:00pm-10:30pm
• 3rd Shift - Monday to Friday, 10pm - 6:30apm
• Possible OT depending on production needs

Pay Rate

$22 per hour
