Standard Process Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator to set up, operate, and clean raw material processing equipment. The role aligns with GMPs and SOPs to ensure high-quality production.

Weekend 3rd shift runs 6:00 pm–6:30 am, with a starting pay of $25.65/hr plus a $6.00 shift premium. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, forklift certification is a plus, and prior manufacturing or food processing experience is preferred.

Under the direction of the Production Manager, the Machine Operator will be responsible for performing the set-up, operation, and cleaning of raw material processing equipment. This position will operate all main processing and extraction equipment according to established Quality standards.

Shift Weekend 3rd Shift: 6:00 pm to 6:30 AM, Friday to Sunday or as job responsibilities require. Pay Starting pay: $25.65 + $6.00 Shift Premium = $31.65/HR

Functions

• Operate all Main Processing and extraction equipment as outlined in the Master Manufacturing Record (MMR) following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
• Monitor quality of product by performing all relevant quality control checks
• Maintain and record all required documentation (instrument readings, gauge checks, etc.)
• Monitor machine operations and implement corrective action as needed
• Troubleshoot machine and product related issues; communicate these issues to supervisor/lead
• Perform machine changeovers and sanitations while also maintaining a clean work area
• Verify critical equipment per the calibration program as required
• Perform job duties in a manner that meets company Quality and Safety standards

Qualifications

• Education High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Certifications/Licenses Forklift certification preferred
• Experience 0-1 years of experience
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Experience in a food processing environment preferred
