Job summary

ETS is seeking a Mixing and Weighing Operator for its Vermont facility. This in-person role follows weekly production schedules, weighs ingredients, and operates mixing equipment to ensure safe, accurate batches.

You will read mix tickets, maintain production records, coordinate with QA and warehouse teams, and follow HACCP and GMP standards. Lifting 44–55 lbs is required.

We offer health insurance, weekly pay, and earned wage access. Shift: 1st, Monday–Thursday, $18–$21.58 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production role.
• Knowledge of HACCP and good manufacturing practices (GMP).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Physical ability to lift 44-55 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
• Teamwork, initiative and effective communication.
• Analytical thinking and troubleshooting abilities.
