ETS in Vermont is seeking a Manufacturing Associate for in-person work on the 1st shift (Mon-Fri). The role focuses on helping the production team meet daily goals and operate basic equipment.

You will inspect parts, monitor scrap, read blueprints, and apply basic math with a strong quality mindset (ISO familiarity). ETS offers health insurance, weekly pay, and an earned-wages-on-demand option.
