Responsibilities

• Operation and maintenance of modern manufacturing machinery
• Keep up machines in good working condition by adhering to cleaning schedules and applying basic preventative maintenance techniques
• Set up machines according to each job specification per work order
• Lead a team of production employees
• Supervision and optimization of production processes and quality criteria

Requirements

• Mathematical comprehension and mechanical aptitude
• Experience of working within a production environment
• Textile experience is a plus
• Organized team player who performs effectively and accurately
• Ability to handle a physical workloadMust be willing to work late and night shift
• Forklift experience is a plus
