We are committed to providing a safe, clean, and supportive work environment where every team member is empowered to speak up and work safely.1st Shift: 7:30am - 3:30pm Monday - FridayWhat You’ll Do:The tasks and responsibilities required of the Machine Operator Level II are outlined below:Completes routine inspections of machinery before and after each shiftSets up, operates, and adjusts bagging equipment with minimal supervisionRuns multiple machines while maintaining efficiency and accuracyBreaks down and reassembles equipment to ensure proper functionalityPrograms machines, makes adjustments, and creates new programs as neededMonitors and adjusts equipment (e.g., conveyors, scales) to maintain optimal performanceMaintains accurate production and equipment recordsPerforms in-line quality checks and audits product to ensure accuracy and quality standardsFollows and enforces all GMP, safety, and sanitation requirements throughout the shiftUtilizes statistical process analysis to monitor machine performanceMonitors and manages hourly production output to ensure consistent performance and efficiencyTracks and analyzes production metrics, identifying performance gaps and opportunitiesAssists with shift reporting, downtime tracking, and production summariesMaintains appropriate inventory levels of raw materials required for productionActs as a team lead, supporting operators and assisting with line downtimeDirects temporary workforce and assigns tasks on the production floorProvides real-time coaching and support to operators to improve performanceAssists with training new employees and supports ongoing development effortsIdentifies and documents training needs and maintains training recordsCoordinates line assignments and reallocates labor to maintain production flowServes as the first point of escalation for operational issues and partners with maintenance or leadership as neededSteps in to operate Flex Lines efficiently when requiredIdentifies opportunities for process improvement and supports continuous improvement initiativesParticipates in special projects as assignedResponsible for overall line performance accountability, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and efficiency metrics are consistently metAdheres to all Safety, Quality, and Productivity standardsWhat We’re Looking For:The skills and qualifications required for Machine Operator Level II are evaluated below:High school diploma or GED requiredAbility to read a tape measureAbility to perform basic mathematical calculationsExperience operating production or packaging equipment preferredExperience with statistical methods preferredStrong written and verbal communication skills (bilingual a plus)Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot issues effectivelyAbility to work in a team environment and motivate others to achieve department goalsDemonstrated leadership ability and experience training or mentoring operators preferredAbility to stand for extended periods of timeAbility to lift 35–75 poundsAbility to work overtime, including weekends, as neededPerform other duties as assignedWhat We OfferCompetitive hourly pay + overtime opportunitiesConsistent schedulesGrowth and advancement opportunitiesSupportive leadership and mentorshipA workplace where your effort is recognizedApply today and become part of the ROMARKABLE team!
