Job summary

ROMARK is seeking a Production Operator in Dallas, TX who will oversee machinery before and after shifts, set up and run bagging lines, and ensure compliance with GMP and safety standards. The role emphasizes efficiency, accuracy, and real-time problem solving.

You will program machines, monitor performance, and assist with training and coaching for operators. The position requires teamwork, leadership, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds, with occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Experience operating production or packaging equipment preferred.
• Experience with statistical methods preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (bilingual a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Ability to work in a team environment and motivate others.

Responsibilities

• Completes routine inspections of machinery before and after each shift.
• Sets up, operates, and adjusts bagging equipment with minimal supervision.
• Runs multiple machines while maintaining efficiency and accuracy.
• Breaks down and reassembles equipment to ensure proper functionality.
• Programs machines, makes adjustments, and creates new programs as needed.
• Monitors and adjusts equipment to maintain optimal performance.
• Maintains accurate production and equipment records.
• Performs in-line quality checks and audits product to ensure accuracy and quality standards.
