Qualifications

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of flexible packaging films is a plus.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be flexible in work schedule. Willing to work overtime, based on business need.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain machines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ensure product quality and meet production standards.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely.
• Meet prescribed line speeds, scrap and set-up times.
