ePac Flexible Packaging is launching a brand-new plant in Mesa, Arizona, and seeks machine operators for this exciting start-up. The role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining packaging machines in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of flexible packaging films is a plus.
• Must be flexible to work overtime based on business need.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain machines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ensure product quality and meet production standards.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform machine changeovers and routine PMs on equipment.
• Read work instructions and adjust machine settings accordingly.
• Maintain production reports and document accurately.
• Assist and cooperate with assistants to stack, mark, pack, and transport finished boxes.
• Make recommendations to supervision for production efficiency improvements.
