Job summary

Pac Worldwide Corporation in Arizona is seeking a Machine Operator in our Converting Department. You will learn to operate and maintain manufacturing machinery, read work orders, load and changeover equipment, and keep lines running smoothly to meet production goals.

We offer weekly pay, starting pay of $20.75/hour plus a $1.10 shift differential, medical benefits, 401K, paid holidays, three weeks of PTO, and opportunities for overtime in a growing, respectful culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to understand and perform preventative maintenance on machines.
• Capability to read and interpret work orders and adjust equipment.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret work orders, load and changeover machinery, and keep machines running smoothly.
• Operate manufacturing equipment to fulfill high-quality packaging orders.
• Communicate issues to supervisors in a timely manner and learn PAC machinery.
• Collaborate with Production, Warehouse, and Maintenance teams to maintain production levels.
