Olympic Steel in Mount Sterling, KY is seeking a full-time on-site Laser Machine Operator to set up and operate laser equipment for cutting materials according to work orders.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and 1+ year of machine operation experience; crane operation knowledge and precise measurement skills are preferred in a fast-paced environment.

This position is responsible for the set up and operation of laser machines.

• Sets up machine to proper specifications
• Operates machine to cut materials specified by work order
• Checks quality of product coming off machine
• Packages material and prepares for shipment
