Job Details

• Operate machinery and instruct line help to safely meet production, customer, and company goals and requirements.
• Support company core values, participate in maintaining a safe work environment, and complete observations.
• Read and understand production orders.
• Meet company productivity and quality requirements.
• Use forklift, crane, and manual handling of materials; complete proper documentation for materials produced.
• Ability to read tape measures.
• Maintain good communication with team members, supervisors, and management.
• Maintain promotability to Operator II and Operator III roles.
• Stand and walk 8 to 12 hours daily.
• Perform repetitive climbing on and off equipment and ladders.
• Work in varying and extreme outdoor conditions (hot, cold, rain, shine).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a related area preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience with side forklift, bander, nail gun, overhead crane, saws, and pneumatic equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly, above shoulder height and below waist.
