Job Description

JOB DETAILS

1. Operate machinery and instruct line help to safely meet production, customer, and company goals and requirements.
2. Support company core values, participate in maintaining a safe work environment, and complete observations.
3. Inspect equipment for safety compliance.
4. Read and understand production orders.
5. Meet company productivity requirements.
6. Ensure company and customer quality standards are met.
7. Use forklift, crane, and manual handling of materials; complete proper documentation for materials produced.
8. Ability to read tape measures.
9. Maintain good communication with team members, supervisors, and management.
10. Maintain promotability to Operator II and Operator III levels.
11. Stand and walk 8 to 12 hours daily.
12. Perform repetitive climbing on and off equipment and ladders.
13. Work in varying and extreme outdoor conditions (hot, cold, rain, shine).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a related area preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with side forklift, bander, nail gun, overhead crane, saws, and pneumatic equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly, above shoulder height and below waist.
