Job summary

A leading materials processing firm in Lake in the Hills is seeking a Laminated Parts Machine Operator for multiple shifts. In this role, you will operate and perform changeovers on machinery to produce laminated parts while ensuring smooth running of operations. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and be willing to work in a hands-on environment. The position offers competitive compensation of $16.75/hr plus a full benefits package including health coverage, 401(k) with match, and generous PTO.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment and tools.
• Track inventory and participate in cycle counts as needed.
• Recommend and support process improvements.
• Rotate between workstations based on production needs.

Laminated Parts Machine Operator – Multiple Shifts

Location: Lake in the Hills, IL

Compensation: $16.75/hr + shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift

As a Laminated Parts Machine Operator, you will operate presses and ensure they run continuously throughout the shift.
