Laminated Parts Machine Operator

Multiple Shifts Available!

$2,500 Signing Bonus!*

Do you want to work in a hands-on environment where you will collaborate with others to produce products used by well-known companies? At AFC, you will assist fellow workers in the fabrication process, gain manufacturing experience, and learn on the job. As a Laminated Parts Machine Operator, you will operate presses and ensure continuous operation throughout your shift.

Responsibilities:

1. Operate machines, including changeovers, to produce laminated parts.
2. Provide minimal guidance to fabricators to keep machines running smoothly.
3. Coordinate with the Machine Operator XT and LP Supervisor when materials are low.
4. Follow supervisor schedules to complete jobs on time.
5. Read orders and perform essential functions independently.
6. Conduct quality checks, help resolve quality issues, and handle returned products.
7. Maintain cleanliness of work area, machines, tools, and monitor stock levels.
8. Suggest process improvements and implement necessary changes.
9. Participate in cycle counts as needed.
10. Work at different stations as required and directed by the supervisor.
