Job summary

Conagra Brands in Denver, CO is seeking a Machine Operator to support our English Muffin production line and related lines as needed. This role wears safety PPE, works on a night shift, and offers competitive pay with a shift differential.

You will operate production equipment, monitor and troubleshoot issues, perform quality checks, and ensure a safe, clean work environment while meeting production goals. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience operating production machinery is preferred.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work.

Shift and Compensation

Shift: 2:15 PM-2:30 AM Hourly Rate: $24.00 an hour + $1.00 shift differential

Reporting to the Production Line Lead, you will support daily operations by monitoring and troubleshooting production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous production. This position primarily supports our English Muffin production department, but you may be assigned to other production lines or departments based on business needs.

Ingredients for Success

• Machine Operator experience preferred
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting boxes up to 50+ pounds, climbing stairs, and frequent use of hands and arms.
• Comfort working in a manufacturing environment with large machinery, moving parts, and noise.
• Commitment to safety — PPE is provided, including ear protection.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed to meet production demand.

Physical Requirements

• Being on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time.
• Performing consistent repetitive tasks.
• Frequently lifting, pushing or carrying materials.
• Also be aware that in a manufacturing environment, the noise levels can be high, and temperatures may vary.
