Machine Operator – Jackson, TN
This is a full-time, hourly position.

Position Summary:
Manufacturing experience, mechanical skills, and aptitude are preferred. The plant operates 24 hours a day, and successful candidates must be willing to work shifts, including weekends and holidays. You may be asked to perform other tasks or duties as deemed necessary by management.

Job Responsibilities:
Operator II responsibilities include:

• Operate high-speed packaging machinery safely and efficiently
• Perform minor maintenance and product changeovers
• Troubleshoot problems effectively
• Communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors
• Document data accurately and legibly for reporting
• Maintain production quality
• Report safety issues
• Follow GMP and HACCP policies
• Work in various conditions such as hot, cold, and dusty environments
