Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Backup Machine Operator to support our Lead Machine Operator in overseeing a non-woven production line. This role is critical to maintaining efficient production and ensuring smooth operations. Because this position serves as the direct support to the Lead Operator, candidates must demonstrate excellent attendance, reliability, accountability, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
