• Set up machines for daily production runs, including adjustments and changeovers
• Monitor machine performance and product quality during operation
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company and customer specifications
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and report major problems to maintenance or supervisors
• Perform routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance on machines
• Accurately complete production logs, reports, and documentation
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times
• Follow all company policies, OSHA regulations, and safety procedures

Qualifications

• Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience
• Ability to read work orders, measurements, and basic technical instructions
