BESTAFF is hiring Mold Operators for a brand-new automotive facility in Jeffersonville, IN. This light industrial role involves loading materials, setting up injection-molding machines, and producing interior trim components for a new EV program.

Temp-to-hire with weekly pay and opportunities for permanent placement. You’ll work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, on the 1st shift, lifting up to 20 pounds and following strict safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be able to understand verbal instructions in English—critical for safety training.
• Comfortable lifting up to 20 pounds and standing for a full shift.
• Strong attention to detail and quality mindset.
• Reliable and ready to work 1st shift, Monday - Friday.
• Willingness to learn injection-molding equipment—no experience required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate injection-molding machines to produce interior trim components.
• Install dies and set machine controls for temperature, pressure, and molding time.
• Load material into the machine and start the molding cycle.
• Remove finished parts and trim excess material using hand tools.
• Inspect parts to confirm they meet quality standards.
• Record production and quality data accurately.
• Follow all written and verbal work instructions and safety procedures.
