Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a dependable Machine Operator for our fabrication shop. The role focuses on safely operating fabrication equipment, producing quality work, and maintaining a clean, safe environment. Must have brake press experience.

Typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with pay at $17.00 per hour. The ideal candidate will handle saws, brake presses, plasma tables, grinders, and other equipment, while adhering to safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• Comfortable in a fast-paced fabrication environment.
• Previous machine operation or fabrication experience is a plus, training may be available.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machines according to job requirements and specifications.
• Accurately cut, bend, and process metal materials.
• Inspect finished work to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Follow all company safety procedures and properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding production needs or equipment issues.
• Perform other fabrication and shop duties as assigned.

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Machine Operator to join our fabrication shop team. The ideal candidate will safely and efficiently operate fabrication equipment while producing quality work and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. MUST HAVE BRAKE PRESS EXPERIENCE

Key Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate saws, brake presses, plasma tables, grinders, and other fabrication equipment.


• Set up and operate machines according to job requirements and specifications.


• Accurately cut, bend, and process metal materials.


• Inspect finished work to ensure quality and accuracy.


• Follow all company safety procedures and properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE).


• Maintain a clean and organized work area.


• Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding production needs or equipment issues.


• Perform other fabrication and shop duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to:

• Stand for extended periods of time.


• Bend, kneel, stoop, twist, and reach as needed.


• Repeatedly lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
