Job summary

Canam Steel Corporation in Buckeye, AZ is seeking a Machine Operator III to run complex manufacturing equipment on the 2nd shift. You will operate machinery, monitor output and quality, and assist with material handling and maintenance.

The role requires at least 1 year in manufacturing, a valid crane certification, and the ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K with employer match.

The Machine Operator III is responsible for operating the very complex machinery in a manufacturing environment to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.

• Operate machinery according to standard operating procedures.
• Monitor production output and quality to meet specifications.
• Operate overhead cranes for efficient material handling.
• Operate a variety of machinery, including but not limited to, flash welder, roll former, angle master.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment as required.
• Lifting or moving heavy objects.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to safety protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Regular, reliable, punctual and consistent attendance. Must be able to work regular and/or flexible hours or shifts, overtime, weekends as required.
