Job summary

Ajinomoto Foods North America, Inc. in Oakland, MS is seeking a Machine Operator III for the 10BIN Line 9. You will run and monitor equipment, perform line setup and changeovers, and ensure output meets quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year manufacturing operator experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, utilizing basic math skills and auditing paperwork.
• Ability to effectively adapt to change.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time; to work in confined areas, to lift up to 50 lbs. or more.
• Must be able to work overtime and week-ends as necessary.

Overview

Under general supervision of the Production Lead, ensure machines are working at full capacity while producing quality product. Machine operators make sure machines are well-maintained and perform periodic checks on output. Visually inspect production run and document results. Determine and report malfunctions to appropriate parties. Maintain cleanliness of equipment and assigned area.
