Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain the lift truck, including completing inspection reports and performing daily safety checks.
• Change batteries and clean lift trucks as needed.
• Pull and load scrap foam materials according to production requirements.
• Operate granulator equipment and monitor the process to prevent contamination.
• Ensure materials are adequately stocked at the workstation to maintain production flow.
• Perform general housekeeping to maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Participate as a member of the Plant Emergency Response Team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous lift truck operation experience preferred.
• One year of related production experience.
• Ability to read and write English and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures and physical conditions, including standing for extended periods and reaching or bending without restrictions.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to interpret safety and operational documentation.
• Proficiency in basic math skills.
• High attention to safety and detail.
