Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain lift trucks, including completing safety and maintenance reports.
• Change batteries and clean lift trucks as needed.
• Pull and place scrap foam and materials according to production schedules and process flow.
• Maintain materials at the workstation to ensure smooth production flow.
• Operate granulator equipment, monitor processes, and prevent contamination.
• Perform housekeeping duties to ensure a safe and clean environment.
• Serve as a member of the Plant Emergency Response Team.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Preferred prior lift truck operation experience.
• Minimum one year of related production experience.
• Good attendance and ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures and perform physical tasks such as sitting, standing, reaching, bending, climbing, and twisting.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interpret safety and operational documents.
