• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized workspace.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor basic machinery such as vertical and horizontal balers.
• Assist with material handling and scrap disposal.
• Perform visual quality inspections and report defects.
• Support start-up and shutdown operations under supervision.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Participate in on-the-job training to develop multi-machine skills.
• Document production activities and report downtime or safety concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
