Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Machine Operator II to support multiple production areas, learn cross-department processes, and contribute to a safe, high-quality manufacturing environment. The role emphasizes adaptability, teamwork, and long-term development within our facility.

The position offers hands-on training across production areas, with emphasis on meeting production plans and cost objectives while maintaining strict quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School or GED level preferred.
• 1 year manufacturing experience required.
• Must pass a competency test given by the Maintenance Supervisor and Production Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot the operations of machinery and associated equipment to detect and report malfunctions.
• Prepare product for transfer and/or final processing. Inspect product output for quality and accuracy.
• Perform machine changeovers and minor maintenance; adjust parameters within SOPs.
• Coordinate with Production Supervisors/Coordinators to meet production requirements.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment and accurate paperwork.
