Shifts are 1st shift with full-time and temp-to-hire employment options. Pay rate ranges from $20.00 to $21.00 per hour, with benefits including medical/dental and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Experience in production and food manufacturing preferred.
• Experience working and troubleshooting machines/equipment.
• Leadership experience; ability to work 12-14 hours per day, 3-4 times a week; weekends possible.
• Basic communication in English.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Able to work in -30 to 176°F temperatures, where applicable.
• Able to stand 12-14 hours.

Responsibilities

• Observe safety rules and PPE usage.
• Maintain clean, orderly work area per GMP and safety guidelines.
• Set up, change over, adjust, repair, and operate all machinery on all shifts.
• Ensure equipment is ready for on-time startup.
• Make adjustments to keep products flowing smoothly.
• Perform process control and quality checks.
• Operate date coders and verify dates on cases.
• Cooperate with QA for samples and related duties.
