Job summary

Graham Packaging is seeking a Machine Operator II for the North East, PA area. The role is an evening shift from 3pm to 11pm, with weekly pay starting at 28.95 per hour. Benefits (medical, dental, vision, and 401k with match) are effective on day one.

The Operator will run multiple blow molding machines, perform routine adjustments, participate in quality improvements, and assist with mold and color changes. Prior manufacturing experience is required.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and complete assignments.
• Experience with computer usage and typing is necessary.
• Collaborates well with others and contributes to group objectives.

Responsibilities

• Operate a group of plastic blow molding machines and auxiliary equipment to produce containers safely and efficiently.
• Follow safety, health, quality GMP and company policies and procedures.
• Perform mold, insert and color changes on the line as needed.
• Conduct basic processing adjustments to improve machine efficiency and reduce scrap.
• Assist in preventive maintenance and minor repairs on equipment.
• Support training of new Operators and help others as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and proper documentation.
• Limited travel may be required to support shifts or maintenance.
