Alfa Laval in Richmond, VA is seeking a production associate to join our manufacturing team. You will perform assembly and value-add tasks, read blueprints, and help sustain ALPS standards while contributing to continuous improvements.
The role requires a High School diploma or GED, 2–3 years in manufacturing, and the ability to read drawings. Forklift or crane certs are a plus. We offer healthcare, 401(k), paid holidays, and a competitive base pay with shift and weekend differentials.

The base salary for this role is typically $23.50/hr. with a $0.75/hr. shift differential and additional weekend differential of $2.00/hr for hours worked on Saturdays and Sundays. The 2nd shift hours are 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm Sunday through Thursday with overtime and weekend hours based on business needs.
