Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Comfort Bath Machine Operator for the Cary, IL facility. This onsite role involves operating large-scale manufacturing machinery, feeding materials, adjusting settings, and inspecting components, while maintaining precise production records.

You will work the 2nd shift, 3:00pm–11:00pm, with overtime as needed, and collaborate across teams to meet quality and efficiency goals. A high school diploma or GED and manufacturing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing experience in a cGMP environment preferred.
• Experience operating or learning large-scale manufacturing machinery.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Comfort Bath manufacturing line and machine tools.
• Feed materials, adjust settings, perform minor repairs, and pull finished products.
• Record production data and maintain logs with accuracy.
• Identify scrap and safety concerns and report issues promptly.
• Provide training and assist with continuous improvement initiatives.
