Iatric Manufacturing Solutions LLC in Morristown, TN is hiring a Machine Operator I Trainee for the Day Shift (7:00am - 7:00pm, 2-2-3 rotation). Compensation is $19.50/hour with a pay-for-skill program and comprehensive benefits.

The role focuses on setting up, operating, and maintaining automatic packaging equipment for wet wipes in a CLEAN, FDA-regulated environment. Responsibilities include supporting production, troubleshooting equipment, performing quality checks, and documenting results.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience using computers in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support the production and packaging of finished goods.
• Operate, troubleshoot, adjust, repair, and maintain production equipment for maximum efficiency.
• Ensure safe, compliant production in an FDA-regulated setting and follow cGMP procedures.
• Use JD Edwards, Factory Talk, Docushare, and DSI scan guns to produce quality products to specs.
• Conduct daily quality checks, sampling, and complete required documentation.

• Perform other job-related duties as needed.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Machine Operator position is responsible for ensuring the continuing safe and efficient production process for the Morristown facility, including the set-up, validation and operation of automatic packaging equipment that produces wet wipes.

ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Support the production and packaging of finished goods.
• Operate, troubleshoot, adjust, repair, and maintain production equipment to get maximum performance and efficiency.
• Ensure the safe and efficient production of a quality product in an FDA-regulated facility. Follow cGMP procedures.
• Utilize JD Edwards, Factory Talk, Docushare, and DSI scan guns to safely produce quality products to customer specifications.
• Daily responsibility for performing quality checks, sampling and accurately completing required documentation.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the essential accountabilities satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.)

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent and a minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience with computer usage within a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent attention to detail in daily work as well as extensive documentation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and motivation for continuous learning.
