Primary Objective

Safely monitor and operate machinery to produce quality products according to documented standards, making adjustments as needed and performing additional tasks as directed by management.

Major Responsibilities

• Follow all safety standards and requirements.
• Monitor product quality and process adherence.
• Adjust machinery to maintain quality standards.
• Record production data, including disruptions and rejects.
• Coordinate with schedule requirements.
• Change and adjust tooling as necessary.
• Perform preventive maintenance and housekeeping duties.
• Replenish materials to meet production demands.

Qualifications and Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with automated machinery for at least 1 year.
• Ability to adjust machines to produce quality products.
