Collaboration, reliability, and the ability to follow precise instructions are essential. Role requires standing for long periods and ability to work 12-hour shifts in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to train others and take initiative.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical equipment.
• Detail-oriented with ability to follow precise instructions.

Responsibilities

• Put safety first - always.
• Work as a team to drive a people-first culture.
• Start, stop, and monitor machines to ensure proper operation and output.
• Troubleshoot mechanical problems and malfunctions; escalate as appropriate.
• Maintain logs and reports detailing output and machine performance.
• Perform housekeeping to keep the plant safe.
• Conduct quality checks during production to ensure specs.
• Move raw materials to process lines to meet production goals.
• Operate production machinery including forklifts and grinders safely.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
